Mattress Boom/Bum-1

The Boom/Bum-1 mattress from the Ukrainian manufacturer Matroluxe is a practical solution for those looking for a firm and reliable sleeping surface at an affordable price. The model belongs to the classic segment and is built on the basis of an independent spring block, which ensures point support for the body and a long service life. The height of the product is 16 cm, so it fits well into most standard beds and sofa beds without creating problems with the height of the bed.

Model description

Bum-1 is a one-sided mattress, meaning it has one working side with increased comfort. It does not need to be turned over during operation, which simplifies maintenance. The sleeping surface allows air to pass through well, thanks to which moisture and dust do not linger inside, and the risk of dust mites remains minimal. The product withstands a load of up to 100 kg per sleeping place, so it is suitable for both single and double use on double sizes.

Construction and filling layers

The mattress is assembled from several functional layers, each of which performs its task. On the outside, the product is finished with a jacquard cover quilted with synthetic padding, which gives the surface softness and a pleasant texture. Under the cover is a layer of Be-Fiber — a light and elastic fiber that improves moisture removal and air circulation. Next comes thermal felt, which protects the springs from spreading and adds density. In the center is a Pocket Spring block with a euro-side, and at the bottom, thermal felt and a layer of spunbond are repeated, covering the structure and maintaining its shape. The presence of a euro-frame makes the edges of the mattress even and stable, which is convenient for daily use.

Pocket spring block

The heart of the model is the Pocket Spring independent spring system. Each spring works autonomously and adjusts to the weight and contours of the body, distributing the load over the entire surface. Thanks to this, the back receives point support, and the movements of one sleeper are almost not felt by the other — this makes the mattress an excellent choice for married couples. The spring block, combined with elastic fillers, forms an even and elastic plane without sagging.

Firmness and spinal support

The firmness level of the Bum-1 is four, meaning the product belongs to the firm models. Such a surface is characterized by increased elasticity and confidently supports the spine in the correct position. The mattress is well suited for people weighing from 90 kg, active and energetic people, professional athletes, as well as anyone who prefers to sleep on a firm bed. Regular sleep on a firm surface helps reduce the load on the musculoskeletal system and serves as a prevention of many back problems.

Comfort and operation

The mattress does not have a winter/summer option or a zipper on the cover, which makes the design simpler and cheaper while maintaining high wear resistance. All components are selected so that the product serves for a long time and retains its shape. The manufacturer provides an official 18-month warranty, which confirms confidence in the quality of materials and assembly. The mattress is compatible with any type of bed and easily fits into the bedroom interior.

Sizes and selection

The model is available in a wide range of dimensions: from single 70x190 and 80x190 to double 180x190 and 180x200, including intermediate options 90, 120, 140, 150 and 160 cm in width and 190 or 200 cm in length. Such an assortment allows you to choose a mattress for any bed and any type of sleeping place. If you value firm support, reliable construction, and reasonable cost, the Bum-1 will be an excellent choice for daily rest.
